My name is Mary Beirne and I am a professionally trained and accredited counsellor/ psychotherapist with a private practice in Ashbourne, Co Meath

I provide short term counselling or longer term psychotherapy depending on the needs and wishes of my clients.

I work with individuals, couples and teenagers, having undertaken specialised training in these areas.

Issues worked with include relationships, self esteem, confidence, bereavement, grief and loss, childhood trauma, sexual abuse, depression, stress and anxiety.

I am an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and adhere to the strict code of ethics outlined by these organisation's.
